What is your name and where are you from?

Hi, my name is Amina. I was born in Sacramento on August 30th, 2008.

Please describe your background

I attend elementary school. I am in the fourth grade. My favorite subject is art. When I grow up I want to be a Bird Breeder because of the love I have for my bird Coco.

List one experience you’ve shared in Harvest kidz that started it all for you, or resonates with you the most.

One experience I’ve shared in Harvest Kidz that resonates with me is being a part of the 5th year anniversary dance. I loved getting to do it with friends while celebrating the church. Dancing is always fun and being able to honor God through it was a blessing for me.

If you had the entire world’s attention, and knew that every living person on Earth would hear you, what would you say?

I would tell everyone, “God is real, God is alive. Follow Him because you’ll never know what could happen.”

If you were brand new to harvest kidz what is one thing you would tell yourself?

If I was brand new to Harvest Kidz I would tell myself “You better listen to the teacher. Prepare to learn a lot, have fun, and make new friends.”

What led you to get involved in harvest kidz and what made you stay?

One thing that made me stay were the events because they are so fun! Some of my greatest memories were being baptized, meeting new people, having fun at our Harvest Festival, and bringing new friends to church.”

How has your life been impacted through Harvest Kidz?

My life has been impacted through Harvest Kidz because I get to learn so much. I have learned about the books of the bible, the fruits of the spirit, and how to apply them in my life.

Discuss how you have grown as a person because of Harvest Kidz?

I have grown as a person because I know more about the Lord and how He can empower us. I remember I went on a missions trips with my dad and I was able to help people. I told everyone about our church and God. Being able to learn about the word of God in Harvest kidz inspires me to share with others.

How do you see yourself helping others through Harvest Kidz in the near future?

I see myself helping new children learn more about the Lord. I can show them the expectations of the class and lead others by example so that they can also be of impact to others and have influence.

In your own words describe the heart behind this ministry.

This ministry is about having fun, growing up, and learning about the Lord. As you are growing up you can help build others and make lifelong friends.
