Ps. Troy delivered a powerful message about charis, the grace of God. By giving us cultural context, we understand charis as grace for grace, in other words, freely receiving and freely giving it. This enables us to have a distinct mentality and operate under His grace, and not under the law. In His fullness, we receive charis, a free and abundant gift. We can walk in abundance by focusing on God and His Kingdom, rather than focusing on our own provision and protection.
John 1:16 | And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace.
